The following Information was researched by Shane Kindschi, with the help of Nando Kindschi of Kindschi Söhne AG Davos (the Kindschi Winery) during his ten day visit to Davos, Switzerland in June of 1999. It traces the Kindschi Family lineage back to the year 1598. Records previous to the year 1598 were tragically destroyed in a fire. The information below was recovered from the archives of the Civil Administration office in Davos.

The following Information is an account of the descendants of Andreas Kindschi and Maria Prader. While the more recent  information, such as emails and the names of children born in the past couple of years, was gathered by Shane Kindschi from various members of the Kindschi Family, almost all of the historical information from here on is used courtesy of the Kindschi Genealogy, September 1994 edition which was researched and prepared by Nancy Tatnall Fuller and published by James R. Letchworth.
